At SSCONS , we believe that Quality Assurance is of most importance.We have in place ‘Corporate Quality Manual’ which is the prime document for implementation of Quality System in SSCONS .The approach of the manual is to
- Communicate Quality Policy and Quality Objectives established by top management.
- Communicate the importance of meeting customer as well as Statutory and Regulatory requirements.

- Define organizational structure and responsibility & authority of various zonal project heads as well as delineate vertical and horizontal channels of communication.
- Meet the specified requirements in execution of project/work and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Impress upon the suppliers, sub-contractors & consultants, the need for effective Quality Assurance in regard to supplies, construction & services provided by them.
- Ensure continual improvement of effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Through the above processes quality commitments are met.This helps us establishes a benchmark and provides a means of continuous improvement such that it is systematic and reproducible.Specifically, our Quality Assurance Program (QAP) ensures that a specific product is installed correctly, and a specific service being provided is to the highest industry standards.
